All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary from estimates if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or material costs fluctuate significantly. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material delivery issues, or unforeseen complications. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule. Project start dates are scheduled after contract signing and deposit payment.
Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your masonry project. Permit costs are typically included in your project estimate unless otherwise specified. We comply with all local building codes and regulations. Property owners are responsible for ensuring we have access to work areas and for any HOA approvals if applicable.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our workmanship with warranties as specified in your project contract. Warranty coverage typically includes defects in our installation work but does not cover damage from external factors such as earthquakes, flooding, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are passed through to you.
Property Protection
We take care to protect your property during all work. We use protective coverings, maintain clean work areas, and perform thorough cleanup upon project completion. However, some temporary disruption to landscaping or surrounding areas may be unavoidable. We will discuss any potential impacts during the consultation phase.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled project by providing written notice. Cancellations made before work begins may result in charges for materials already ordered or administrative costs incurred. If work has already started, you will be charged for work completed and materials purchased. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
Liability and Insurance
HW Hayward Masonry maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are fully licensed and bonded for your protection. Our insurance covers damage to your property and injuries to our workers during the course of our work. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

If any issues arise during or after your project, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve them promptly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find reasonable solutions. For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
